Rolex Smurf Watches
The first gold Submariner was released in 1969, but it wasn’t until the launch of the reference 116619LB almost 40 years later that it was offered in white, as opposed to yellow, gold. The combination of blue bezel and dial and white gold case led to it being nicknamed “Smurf”. It is a visually striking watch, albeit now discontinued.
